1. Digital Nature of Service

ShadiwalaCard creates custom, instantly provisioned digital wedding invitations. Because web hosting and server resources are provisioned upon payment, conventional physical returns do not apply.

2. 100% Satisfaction & Unlimited Edits

If your invitation has any spelling mistake, venue date change, wrong photo alignment, or technical malfunction, we offer unlimited free corrections until you are 100% pleased with your invite.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a full 100% refund in the following cases:

• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are genuinely not satisfied with your digital invitation after purchase, reach out to our team within 7 days and we will issue a full 100% refund — no questions asked.
• Duplicate Transaction: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway timeout.
• Technical Non-Delivery: If the platform fails to generate your live invite link within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Cancellation Prior to Generation: If you request a cancellation before your invitation link is created.

4. How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund, email support@shadiwalacard.com or message us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and payment receipt. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
